About Synchro's Founders
Bonnie Chelini, skilled business and marketing strategist, founded another very successful Seattle ad agency, doing noteworthy work for Qwest, Fluke, Siemens and Everett Mutual. An intuitive planner whose insightful strategy gets results by using her business education and marketing experience. Bonnie listens intently to her clients’ needs and together they find marketing solutions that get results. Bonnie also lends her skills to many women’s organizations, helping women to succeed in business. When she is not working Bonnie enjoys many outdoor activities.
Candy Young, APR, marketing and communications strategic planner, has managed programs for a wide range of businesses, including many technology and telecom companies. Candy was founder and principal of Young Communications, a marketing and public relations firm. She has developed communications programs for companies such as Attachmate, Boeing Computer Services, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and across many industries including manufacturing and industrial design. Previously at AT&T she managed media relations and national public relations programs and was department chief for marketing communications. Candy was also a television news producer and writer at KIRO-TV in Seattle. She has received numerous communications and writing awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, Women in Communications, Washington Press Women and the National Federation of Press Women.
Candy is past president of Public Relations Society of America for Western Washington and is currently assembly delegate representing the local chapter in national PRSA governance. She has also served on the boards of numerous technology industry associations. She has an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey, and a B.A. in communications from the University of Washington.
Deanna Camp, talented art director and co-creative director, recently devoted five years to usher 70-store outdoor retailer REI through its largest branding initiative ever. Before that, Deanna founded Creative Works advertising with Bonnie, and she served as lead art director at Honolulu’s second-largest agency, Starr Siegle McCombs. After graduating from the Burnley School of Art, Deanna soon found herself pushing the leading edge of graphic design technologya passion she continues to this day.
